Randy D. McKinney, M.P.A, Administrator
After earning his Master's Degree in Public Adminsitration from the University of North Texas, Randy McKinney entered the field of Long Term Care Administration with Central Management Company. Mr. McKinney came to Guest House of Bossier as Adminstrator with over 8 years of experience in management, having previously served as Assistant Administrator at Garden Park Nursing Home in Shreveport.
Randy holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeast Louisiana University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University. He is an active member of Kiwanis Club of Bossier.

Vicki Hawkins, R.N., Director of Nursing Services
Vicki Hawkins earned her nursing degree from Glendale College, School of Nursing in Glendale, Arizona, with training in Phoenix area hospitals. With 18 years of experience, Mrs. Hawkins has been involved in many aspects of the healthcare industry, including ICU-CCU, ER, nursing education, quality assurance, mental retardation, dialysis, state surveys and Director of Nursing services.
